We honor our word! When you order any other service from Fudoshin Labs, feel safe knowing you order 100% risk free. You’ll be there with us, throughout the process, giving feedback and approving each milestone. This ensures that what you get is exactly what you want. No surprises, no excuses. Even then, if you’re not completely satisfied with your final product, let us know within 15 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to get it right, or if you prefer, refund your money.
If you are not satisfied with the delivery with any of our products or services we will either replace it with your consent and approval or refund your money. You must notify us within 15 days of final delivery. If the item is a software development product it must be solely hosted on our servers and must not be modified. We will revoke access and remove this item from our servers upon your submission for a refund.
Refunds Payment (if applicable): Once we receive notice from you within 15 days of delivery and have removed your software from our servers, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Refunds are not available for subscription (recurring) and consulting products and/or services. Subscription and recurring products and/or services can be cancelled at anytime without penalty from Fudoshin Labs.
